Ultima has carried out new-build, conversions and renovations in various parts of the UK including Cambridgeshire, Wiltshire and Somerset. Beginning with renovations in 1998, Ultima has progressed to almost exclusively new build. Joint owners Noel and Judy Garner specialize in designing and building a small number of residences at one time, taking personal control of all aspects of Planning, design, specification, construction, fitting out and landscaping.

Each development is carefully tailored to maximise the qualities and potential that each location and each plot presents. The result is individually designed residences that are totally unique and constructed with great attention to detail. Ultima welcomes the increasing contribution to sustainable development that is required by updated Building Regulations, and regularly exceeds the standards of insulation, efficiency and construction that the Approved Documents demand.
